Mock Design
This is the design for my digipak advert. After looking at different adverts I have decided on what it says above. However, once I get the photo to go on the advert and start to design it, the design may slightly change. This is because I have a feeling that the bottom part of the advert may look a bit blank and may not fit properly. If this is the case, I may have to remove some of the text to keep it simple and eye-catching fro someone to quickly read if they saw this in the street.
The Maroon 5 and Foo Fighters photo has inspired me as the Maroon 5 photo is near enough how I want the photo to be as this gives me an idea on how everything will look around it. What I have seen from many different bands is that they don't put a photo of all of the band members on the photo just like what The Foo Fighters have done. It will be interesting to look at other symbols and images to represent them and to use which could make the band and the digipak advert more memorable to the audience rather than seeing all the band members. If I decided to follow this route, I would still want to keep the same house-style across the digipak and digipak advert and so the layout may slightly change.
