From this task I found out that not many people enjoy music videos and so I need to create something which keeps them entertained and make them watch to watch it at least once. I don't want people to turn off after about a minute or so. Also I now definitely think that I should put my music video on YouTube due to peoples viewing habits and the popularity of the website.
Looking on further I think I need to look at the most popular music videos to see why they are popular. This could be that they challenged codes and conventions or people throughly enjoyed the song or artist. The majority of people in my questionnaire responded negatively towards music videos and I would need to keep people entertained throughout the entire music video.
I created the survey because I could find out what my target audience like and what appeals them to music videos. This is useful because found out how they consume music video, whether they watch them or not and what they like to see in a music video. When planning for my music video, I can come back to this and make sure I take into the account what people have said. If I did follow what people said, they would hopfully not turn off the video.
