This was the first photo I added to the digipak poster was this one of the turnstyle. I have returned back to this one because I like the photo quite a lot including the low angle, the rust and the lighting. The problem i had was that the writing was white and blended in with the photo too much to stand out.
To resolve this issue, I decreased the exposure which is shown in the two screenshots above. I first decreased it by 50% and then 100%. I think the 100% works best as it makes the writing very clear, but I'm not sure whether the photo looks too dark. I will try and edit the photo again to see if I can make it appear dark but look brighter than it have in the second screenshot. To do this I could look at the decreasing the brightness or changing the colour of the middle blue pole that runs right through the centre. This is because the pole is the main problem for why the writing blends in with the photo too much.
